One Year Check Up

Good Morning PA Board!!

I went for my one year check up yesterday with Dr. P. She was happy and proud of my progress, but I still have work to do! I have lost a total of 130lbs and 60% of my excess weight!!

I told her that I could not have done this without her surgical intervention and thanked her for doing such a great job.

Got to see Maura and hang out with her for a bit while she had her check up. Also, saw Julia on the way in. All the june surgiversaries are coming in this week. I was in and out in record time!

Then went out for dinner with my family. After that, we came home and collapsed....SOOOO tired!! I think it is the heat....

Thanks to all of you who have become my friends and those who I am just getting to know. I appreciate having the support system that I do. Between you and my family I can only have more success!!!

ps: Heat kicked my butt last night walking the dog - I actually felt nauseaus when I got back to the house even tho it didn't seem that hot. Blech.

     Congratulations on your great appointment with Dr. P.  You are doing an awesome job and really working at utilizing your tool.  Just remember that June 30th is coming soon.  So sorry that you are in school during this heat but God knows I am thrilledthat I am out.  Keep up the good work and stay cool.
