Sticking to the Basics - WARM WARM Wednesday

Ok folks its going to be a hot one...

here is what I'm doin'.

m1   protein drink
m2  yogurt
m3  lean cuisine garlic chicken pizza
m4  protein drink
m5  something light like a meat and cheese roll ups.  No cooking for me.

 Gonna try something different today.

Purdue turkey cuts, thai peanut sauce, scallions, little rice wine vinegar, crushed red pepper, onion, and sautee it and add a little cilantro. Then going to wrap it in lettuce.

I hope it doesn't suck.  Just want something different.  Any suggestions on doctoring this up a bit?

Glad I have a/c at work, it is 90 here.

B   - 1 1/2 scrambled eggs (the dog ate the rest I couldn't finish)
Sn - sugar free hot chocolate w/ 4g protein added
L   - 1 slice Sara lee Whole Wheat 45 cal bread + 2 oz. lean ham
        1/4 c. no sugar added nutrageous granola
Sn - 1/4 c. no sugar added nutrageous granola
D  - Special K Protein Meal Bar 
Sn - Supreme Protein Bar

calories =             933
Fat grams =           43.5
protein grams =    62

That is the plan...not a good one today, higher in cal & fat than usual, but...

Exercise...walking tonight when it cools off, 2-3 miles.
