Packing for work.  No rhyme or reason as to what time I will eat what.

EAS protein shake (with said arsenic, lol)
Egg salad (home made)
Ricotta w/ splenda and cinnamon
Greek yogurt
SF chocolate pudding
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

ok.. here goes.....

M1: protein shake, coffee
M2: 2 ham egg and cheese cups
M3: 1/2 chicken quesadilla from Sheetz.. seemed ok at the time, then I pulled up the nut value..TG I only had 1/2.  Looks like I'm having a light dinner
M4:  activia w/granola
M5: protein shake after gym

M2  tuna with FF miracle whip
M3 sugar free pudding
M4  3 oz. grilled chicken breast (chopped fine)
