Hi All -

One year ago today, I was being prepped for WLS.  It's been a heck of a ride.  Who knew how well I would be living....not me, that's for sure.

I'm down 97 pounds.  Bypassing the 100 pound mark would have been nice, but I am still very pleased with my progress. I've been blessed with no complications (not yet anyway, knock on wood).

I've been MIA on here recently due to (among other things) .....life.  I'm living my life and it's better than ever !

I treasure all of my friends here on the PA board.  Thanks for being there for me

Lisa

Lisa,

Congratulations on your Successing journey thusfar. . .  97 pounds is nothing to sneeze about and I hear you on wanting more, but as many, most notably, Nan, can attest to, your journey is far from over and the tool continues to take us where we want to go if we use it to our advantage.

Best wishes for the enrichment of your life as a result of the choices you made over a year ago when you decided to go this route!

Hugs, Laureen

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . .  It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . .  Laureen

Lisa,
Happy Surgiversary!  You have accomplished so very much.  97 pounds is a pile of weight...gone.  Way to go!  Those 3 pounds will be gone before you know it.  Let us know when you enter the century club (100 pounds lost).
