Any recommendations on vitamins that are fairly small and easy to swallow?  I am cleared to do regular vitamins now but all of them seem so huge!!  Thanks!

hello, just curious. is there any reason you wouldn't do the chewables? and if the pills are too big you could just use a pill splitter.

Definitely try the chewables - even Flintstones are good. The liquid vitamins are just plain nasty - and expensive!!

Centrum chewables are the ones my doc recommends.  I take 2 a day.  They don't taste too bad at all.

I take Centrum silver chewables. I take them by recommendation because I don't need the iron thats already in Centrum reg chewables. Easy to chew and they taste good, kinda like a snack hehehe I also use Liz's Dr,'s suggestion to eat Total cereal for 100% daily Iron
