I will be participating in the PA Relay for Life this Saturday at North Penn High School (1340 South Valley Forge Road, Lansdale, PA) .  The relay starts at 10am on Saturday through 10am  Sunday.  If you are in the area, please come out and take a walk with me.  My team name is "Everybody Knows Somebody" and our theme country is Italy.  So be sure to look for the Red, Green and White flag and you will find me!  Hope to see you there.

Are you going to be there the whole day?  or just  a part of it, cause I did want to walk some of it with you. . .

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . .  It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . .  Laureen

I'll be there the whole day (and through the night), but I obvously won't be walking that whole time.  I'll text you when I get my walking schedule.

WELL HOWDY STRANGER!! How are you?? I haven't seen you on here in forever!

I don't know what the relay is about and can't make it but I wish you all the best in doing it - I just cheered on my BFF in her first triathalon and now she's talking me into a 20 mile bike-a-thon next year - I might be able to handle that!

Good to see you around - hope all is well.

Oh, I know.  I've been MIA for a while, but I still try to get on once in a while just to check up on my peeps.  Glad you are doing well and good luck with that bike-a-thon.  I don't think my knees could take that!

The Pa Relay for Life is sponsored by the American Cancer Society and is composed of teams who have one member from each team on the walking track at all times over a 24 hour period.  I'm really looking forward to participating in my first relay.  My son and future daughter-in-law have been doing it for a few years now and I finally feel physically able to participate.  I'm a little concerned about the 90 degree weather on Saturday, but I'm always freezing anyway, so I'm hoping I won't be too affected.

Thanks for checking in.
Eileen
