Tuesday Excercise Accountability

Forgive me if anybody has started this thread but I really did not see one. I did my hour on the elliptical this morning and have been sooo good a****ching what I put in my mouth and I think the scale has moved FINALLY only 2lbs but I will take it especially since there is a huge wedding in my family this weekend. Got to look like a knockout....Who else is moving today?

I am trying to get the energy to get to the gym for my water walking.  I really don't know if I can pull it together.  But, I will try.

You can do it! I know your iron is low bu****er excercises are really good I know you like the pool so I would keep doing that. Any movement is good I am sure you know that...

Good afternoon Shilpa,

     Just came back from a 50 minute Zumba class and I feel great.  Hoping to get to water aerobics this evening or Aquacise tomorrow morning.  Now that I am out of school I have no excuse for not picking up my exercise a notch.

Tonight I plan to go to Zumba, and today I'm sure I'll get lots of steps in walking around NYC for the day. I've already been to two offices and I bet I'm already at 10,000 steps. Yay!

afternoon Shilpa.. didn't start it today! 

Tonight, depending on the weather, I will either go to the pool to swim laps or go to the gym for body pump and pilates.  

It looks like rain, so I am currently dressed in gym clothes.  I will wear them to Siehara's appointment that way there is no excuse about running late or anything.  If it does not rain, changing into a bathing suit is easy.

My dinner plans with a friend were cancelled for tonight so I will be going home and getting on my exer-bike for 45 minutes - went 30 last night for 6 miles - might be able to get 10 miles in in 45 minutes - going to shoot for that. Have to work my way back up to 15 miles and one hour but it's going to take a little time. Next week I'll start incorporating my handweights again.

Tonight starts my Aqua Spin class for the next 8 weeks.   Don'tcha know I left my little water shoes at home so I have to leave work early, grab them at the house and make it back to D-town in time.  I swear I'd leave my head somewhere if it weren't attached
