Low Iron
I just had blood work done following my 3-year anniversary. Everything was good -- diabetes under control; no high cholesteral or triglycerides like I used to have -- but my iron was low. Any recommendations for an iron supplement? I presently take 2 Flintstone complete vitamins, B12 and B1.
Thanks.
Thanks.

P.S. It is very common with WLS patients.

I have been getting IV iron infusions at my hematologist's lately. My iron tanked about a month ago, and I had no clue. I thought I was tired from chasing my grandchildren. LOL I also take a supplement and C.
