Pouch test day one
You can go to www.5daypouchtest.com I believe is the website...it is used for people who are further out to "get back to basics" and "reset" their thinking. Because unfortunately, the further out you get...many find themselves slipping with basic rules etc.
You go back to two days of full liquids, one day of soft protein (eggs etc), one day of ground meats (burgers etc) and the 5th day is solid protein, chicken breasts etc. It gets you out of bad habits you may have gotten into (drinking with meals...eating carbs first...grazing...etc)
I've had a regain of ten pounds in the past few months from NOT putting myself first, for allowing old habits to sneak back in etc., and I needed a way to remember what to do, how to do it, and WHY I was doing it.
