So I just purchased a watermelon my first one this season (Just so you know I ate ****ermelons by myself last summer) and it was pretty delicious and it still fills up on pouch and helps me from grazing! I already know that jello gelatin help me fill up pretty quickly but the watermelon just a half a cup in the morning and the other half at lunch time helped me get a fuller feeling. I too like Pam am committed to losing the last 15lbs!

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Liz, do you know when the next cooking class is?  Since I haven't been on the message board much, I've been out of the loop.  Sorry for that!

watermelon has always been my friend!!  I think it kept me alive for weeks last year when they didn't know yet it was my gallbladder!!  I used to eat it pre-surgery and through out the day I am shocked at how much of it I get in LOL!
