Sticking to the Basics - Marvelous Monday Morsels
Day one on pouch test. I'll put up a separate post on that tonight or tomorrow morning.
B: SF cheesecake pudding
32 ounces water
14 ounce EAS vanilla drink
24 ounces crystal lite
Pina Colada Ice cream
Nap time before work
In the bag for work (only 6 hours so most of this probably won't be eaten..but I need to know I have choices and enough...)
Greek Yogurt
EAS Lite, Strawberry (smaller than the one this afternoon)
Home made vanilla pudding (sf of course)
SF Jell-o
Maybe sf chocolate pudding...I have it made....

almost a day late on my post!
M1 - protein shake (strawberry / orange / vanilla)
M2 - ricotta cheese
M3 - turkey burger & some beans
M4 - chicken burger (sadly, I ate it in the car on my way home - hate doing that)
going to work out
will eat after that... and maybe make some of that luscious sounding pina colada ice cream that pam posted....
