Creamy Parmesan Crab Casserole This crab casserole is the perfect dish for parties and summer gatherings. Prep the night before and bake this when you're ready to serve

Serves: 6

Cooking Time: 30 min

Ingredients
  • 1 cup sour cream (substitute fat free plain greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese (Use Reduced Fat)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash Tabasco sauce
  • 2 pounds backfin crab meat
  • 3/4 cup soft bread cubes (substitute KimKin Protein Rolls or Crushed Soy Chips)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • Paprika
Instructions
  1. Combine sour cream, cheese, lemon juice, onion, salt and Tabasco; mix thoroughly. Pour over crab meat and mix lightly. Place in six well-greased individual shells or custard cups.
     
  2. Combine bread cubes and butter; sprinkle over top of crab mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a moderate oven, 350 degrees F, for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
