Hitting the road

I've only been able to check in a bit the last few days because of work.

And I'll be hitting the road tomorrow for Michigan because Sarah's baby is due any day. I'll be there for 1 1/2 to 2 weeks and may be on only intermittently - I'll have internet access of course, but I'll also have 2 little girls to be watching and will want to be helping Sarah all I can.

So...watch facebook for baby updates. And I'll post those here too of course! This will be her 3rd baby, and her first boy.

Sarah is a tiny person - she wears size 0, believe it or not. Right now she looks and feels like there is a bushel basket strapped to her body. She is READY.

I won't be able to do the "Women Food and God" entries for a little while either...but it IS a great book which I recommend!

     Will keep your daughter in my prayers.  Hope that the delivery and afterwards goes smoothly.  Enjoy the time with your granddaughters.  I just started reading "Women, Food and God" and really love it.  I am going to take it to retreat with me and may use it for some of my prayer sessions.

     Your surgiversary will be coming up soon.  Can't wait to see you and congratulate you.  Hopefully that will be at August 1st Saturday meeting.  Take care.

Have a safe trip and enjoy your visit.  I know you will have fun spending time with your daughter and the girls.  Enjoy that new little bundle too!  Hope all goes well with your daughter, I'm sure she's ready now in all this heat.
