** MARVELOUS MONDAY ROLL CALL **

It is just about Monday morning and I am now wired and awake....about two hours ago I couldn't keep my eyes open but thought I needed to stay awake for a meeting - so I walked about camp, found out that the meeting had to be cancelled due to the late arrival of some foreign staff and now.....not sleeping!

Another great day at camp - was cleaning the room for the kids that I will be working with - realized my age when after I was done, my back was in spasms because I forgot to bend at the knees - which I can do now and was bending with my back....oy vey!  But - I was told by my supervisor that she was going to eat off of the floor....which as many of you know - my cleaning is right up there with my cooking! :)

Anyway - Aruchat Boker (breakfast) is at 8 AM and then I will spend the next several hours organizing the room with my co-"counselor" until lunch, (aruchat something or other - I don't remember)  I will them come back - unpack and repack the things that I am taking home with me for the remainder of the week and head on home.  Larry is working overnight - so I will most likely be getting the kids packed and seeing what else we need for them.  I LOVE this time of year!!!!!!

I hope you all have a MARVELOUS Monday!

Morning bright eyes & Pa

Well I went to bed late last night thanks mostly in part to north bound traffic on the parkway...totally forgot about the darn shore traffic when we agreed to go to my parents house on a Sunday evening in the summer.  The 1 1/2 hour ride (max) took us well over 2 hours...just about 2 1/2 actually.  So...didn't go to bed till 1am

Despit that, was up BEFORE my alarm and got out of bed at 5:51 to be exact.

Will drink breakfast shortly, head to the gym, and get my butt back on the successing road.  45 min spin class, abs, and set up my personal training appointments to keep my jiggly butt accountable.

Stopping at the store on the way home for some stuff for the 5DPT, home to make some sf ice cream.

Working a "princess" shift tonight @ Sacred Heart.  Four hours 7p-11p

I'll be back on the board in a few hours to catch up!

morning glory... sorry your back started acting up.  Hope you are feeling better.  I had a great weekend and woke up feeling pretty good.

Today has me awake with a fresh attitude.  I need help keeping it fresh, but so far I have good intentions!!

work today til 3:30.

dinner

Gym with an old friend I connected with on FB.  She was talking about doing Body Pump, but didn't want to go alone.  She goes to another Gold's location in Bethlehem, so I offered to go with her.  So, we are meeting there first for Pilates and then continue on to Body Pump!  I'm looking forward to seeing her, but also to having someone to work out with.  Hopefully we can make this a regular thing switching back and forth between locations depending on the class schedule.  She doesn't like spin, so I'll have to do that on my time.

Hope everyone has a great day!!!!

Good morning Steffi and PA,

I'm tired this morning since I didn't get to sleep until after midnight (yawn yawn).  Sipping on decaf which is not helping to wake me up - lol

We had a delicious grilled dinner yesterday, then watched Shutter Island.  A good day, but on the quiet side.

I may be going camping this weekend in an RV at Knoebel's, depending on space available.  I've never been to Knoebels and hope everything turns out as planned.

Well, I'd best get to work.  Have a Marvelous Monday!

Debbie

Hi all,

I am thankful to wake up to only bird song in the morning.  No traffic at all.  I don't miss it.  When we lived downtown, you would here it later in the morning but still it is very light in comparison.  I don't want to take for granted the blessings I DO have.  Sure there are trade offs to both city and country life.

Well, today I finish up some sewing and exercise with my little 11 year old friend who is helping me work out.

Yesterday the weather was very pleasant.  I hope today it is nice too.  I hope all of your day is great.

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

Boker tov, Steffi!

I realized I don't normally do the roll call but there are so few posts here, I thought they looked lonely. Plus, I'm procrastinating -- as soon as I'm done posting I need to get in my car and drive to work and well, who wants to do that???

Today is a normal Monday -- going to work for some meetings, and then I hope to sneak out of the office a little early and go shopping, since I'm due some comp time. I need to go to Sears and get some Dr. Rey's shapewear and also to DSW for some shoes. Fun, fun! After shopping, I'll hit the gym for some Zumba, then home to relax, go to sleep, then wake up and do it all over.

Have a great day everyone.

Good morning, all!!!

We came back to Ocean City MD yesterday afternoon.  Paul got a headache right after he woke up this morning, so he's resting and trying to get rid of it.  Anson is already playing one of his games, either Flight Simulator or something on PlayStation.  In a little while, I'll pack our lunch, and we'll head out on the beach for the day.  Yeah, I know---tough life, right???

I left a voice mail on my step-father's phone yesterday to wish him a happy Father's Day.  I didn't call their house phone because I just don't want to talk to my mother right now.  I talked to both of my brothers yesterday, and apparently Mom plays us against each other way more than I ever realized.  Ugly stuff.  I'm tired of the Mama Drama.

Have a great day, all!!!
