Time to get my head back in the game
I'm running a tad behind on posts but best of luck to you on the 5DPT - I know where you're coming from - was at the docs last week and have added a few lbs myself (5 to be exact) and I know where that can lead - to 15, to 25, to 50....NOOOOOOOOOOO. So I'm charging my MP3 today at home, going to the store at lunch for some GOOD foods, and once I get dinner in the oven tonight I'm getting on my bike - food hasn't changed much but exercise has been almost nil, so back in the saddle for me, too.
Hang in there - You can do this!!

My food hasn't changed drastically, although the damn carbs have snuck back in...purged the house of that crap over the weekend. Exercise was absolutely non existent...but I corrected that as of today. Let's go Kathy! We'll get it done!
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
I'm with ya, honey! I just got back from Walmart and bought some GOOD food for at work - snacking during the day is my hardest part because I tend to get bored at work then want to EAT. What's up with that!? And I don't have a job that I can just jump up and go for a walk when I want. But my MP3 is charging at home and I'll be hopping on that bike tonight. Guess I need to change my avitar and ADD those damn 5 pounds - boogers!!
Pam I hear you loud and clear and I, too, need to get my sorry behind back in gear and do what worked in the early days and first year. . .
I'm talking it, not yet doing it, promise to get to it once I figure out how and where I can rob some time for the gym/some form of exercise and eating on plan. . .
Hugs and you CAN DO IT, so can I

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . . It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . . Laureen
