Sweet Saturday!

Survuved my Dj job last night it was a double graduation party for 2 boys mostly all family and the boys played poker all night. They kept requesting songs to torment weach opther it was cute they were requested Justin Bieber and Miley Cirus then sending it out to each other. It made me laugh!

Once home I had to unload equipment since I have an out job on Sunday I did that in record time. I was done work at 11:30 was packed up,home and unloaded my car by 11:50. I don't waste time when my ass is dragging.

Today I havea few errands to run then we off to see Brad Paisley and Darius Rucker. We have a good group of friends that have been doing this the last few years so tailgzatimg and music it is a good day.

Will be hot but I have cute shorts with a purple tank to wear to match my new hat! Yes I have a collection of Cowgirl hats!~

Stay cool Kids and enjoy the weekend!

WEll Pam it's 9:30 I hope you are home snug as a bug in bed by now.

I am just getting going, no I didn't just get up but I am getting myself together. Amelia is fed, dressed and her bag is packed and ready to go for today. She's sporting a very cute little brown outfit, I'll have to post pics later. Now I have to go wake the grizzly (aka Chris) so he can watch her while I get ready. We are headed to my Grandmother's today for my cousins graduation party. It is going to be hot but the pool will be inviting!! I wish Mia were a little older and could enjoy it. I promised her we'd sponge her down if it gets too hot.

I'll second Pam's advice - stay hydrated today and relax! If you are doing yard work take breaks and be safe

Am finally home from Salt Lake City - While it wasn't hot, it is still the dryest (sp? driest, most dry, freakin devoid of humidity) place on earth - every morning I had that if you close your mouth everything just sticks together, total raisin lips even though I was taking in ~ 80 -90 oz of fluid each day!!
I was facilitating the 2 days of meetings, so eating real food was hard, so I just opted for the constant cafe mocha - coffee w/ unjury choc protein (one of my favs.. )..  survived the week and got to the gym in the mornings - did well on that front.

Got fitted for a bra at VS while I was there, am taking them back, not comfortable, I don't think that the teeny bopper was really all that good.. I think that I am like a 39 B- she fitted me at 36 D.. uncomfortable - so confused.

So for WOWS!  I haven't seen these folks in over a year and everyone did the big eyed.. Maura?  I was so happy to pop my head in to see people to bask in the glory of disbelief that it was me .

Am off to my god daughters ballet recital today - she is 4, it is going to be adorable!! Love my little Charlotte!

Well, gotta get my butt in the shower.. I think I shall wear my new top from Anthropologie (sale rack of course) but it is a size L

Beth - sorry I missed your surgiversary - am so happy for you and proud of you - xoxoxoxoxoxoxo

Love you all,

Maura

Maura,

Thanks so much!! I am proud of you too!!! I am glad that we have become friends during this process!  You are so sweet and we should get together soon. Plan a girls day out or something?? I also have the leftovers of your clothes that you gave to me. BTW, I got like six pairs of jeans and a couple of shirts from that bin. THANKS SO MUCH!! I do not remember the last time I had so many pairs of jeans.

Today, the exterminator came for the three month service, YIPPEE!! Thanks Terminix...
Later, going to see Toy Story 3 with Dee and her new friend whose grandma just moved in next door. They play together so well. Which means less entertaining that I have to do!!

The rest of the day will be spent INDOORS, I am not a heat person....unlike bears that go into hybernation in the winter, I go into hybernation in the summer. This summer I will be working :(
Gotta earn $$$$!
Have a great weekend
To all the Father's out there, Have A Happy Father's Day!!!!

Good Morning Pam and PA,
I got to sleep in today, after a week of running all day, everyday.  Sissy is home from Jeanes, and learning to sip her liquids and walk.  I tried to help with getting her script for her pain meds, and the doctor who gave her the script did not have a DEA number, so the pharmacy would not fill it.  She had to call her surgeon to get the script.

Today has me heading to the gym for a swim, and then home to clean, as I have trashed this place running in and out everyday and not picking up after myself.

I hope everyone has a great day.

Hugs,
Trish

Good afternoon PA folks,

Have had quite a busy day so far.  Started out this morning with my 8:30 AM Zumba class.  Then did a mission of mercy - my BFF hurt her knee so I went and took her dog for a long walk.  Also picked up coffee and the paper for her.  Came home to finish my laundry, went food shopping, showered and am packing my food for the Phillies game today.  Trying to be very careful that I don't splurge too much - maybe just one treat.  Anyhow it is going to be a hot one but our seats our under cover.  Have to put on the sunscreen and be ready to go by 2 PM.  It is so nice to be out of school (sorry Beth V.)  Am heading for Cape May next Sunday and I can't wait.  Everyone keep cool out there today and keep drinking those fluids.  Take care.

Good Afternoon Pam & PA:

Today is a lazy day.  Gene has been sick almost a week now.  He starts to feel better than is down for the count again.  Yesterday he thought he was getting better, now today he's back in bed.  No fever, but has congestion, coughing, sore throat, is taking musinex as doc perscribed but is still yucky.

I on the other hand am full of energy - unusual for me.  I'm usually exhausted by the weekend and don't want to move.  Today I'd have loved it if we could have pulled the Harley out of the garage and just took off, oh well another day "sigh"

I'm trying to motivate myself to finish cleaning the upstairs kitchen and then go downstairs and back some tofu cheesecake and a pan of black bean brownies for church tomorrow.  I want to be outside not inside.....We are having a special children and teen choir and hand bell performers tomorrow so this must get done - I'm psyching myself....

Hope everyone has been enjoying this beaufiful day....

Good afternoon everyone. I would love to say I've been busy today but honestly all I've done is walk the dog this morning and then lay in or around my friends pool ALL DAY LONG!! Just showered and cleaned up and am relaxing. My friend is out picking up her paperwork for the triathalon tomorrow.

Tomorrow morning we'll be getting up bright and early to go watch the competition and spend more time in the pool. Maybe take a boat ride tomorrow. We'll see.

So that's it for me for now. Hope everyone has a great weekend.
