1 YEAR SURGIVERSARY FOR JULIA TODAY!
AWESOME! AWESOME JOB YOU'VE DONE!!!! Congrats on your surgiversary Julia. It's been a pleasure spending time with you at the Phoenixville meetings (Paul too). Your board contributions are always upbeat and heartfelt and you've learned well and paid it forward many times. You certainly deserve the success you are seeing from your hard work. Thanks for all that you do. Jackie.

Happy surgiversary to you, too, Janet!!!! This is every bit your day too!!!! I'm so glad we've taken every step of this journey together!!! Remember watching Twilight in the hospital? I think I slept through most of it!! I can't wait to see you next week at our 1 year follow-up appointments with Dr. P!!!!

Julia,
CONGRATS honey!!! I was soooo glad I got to see you for your surgiversary at Barix this month. Your speech was true and from the heart, exactly how you live your life each day. I'm so glad we've gotten to know each other through the cooking classes and all of our other meeting places.
Happy surgiversary!!

Pam, I'm glad to have had you along this journey with me!!!! When I spoke at Barix this week and mentioned your name, I know it didn't come across how important you were to me from the beginning. I truly was terrified of what I was doing up until the anesthesiologist knocked me out a year ago. On the morning of my surgery, I woke up thinking "I can't do this!" I got on this board and read something that you posted. No clue what it was, but you were so happy and positive that I thought "yeah, I CAN do this! I want to feel good like these people do!" You were instrumental in me getting my behind to Barix a year ago! Thank you!!! And you guys just may make a cook out of me yet!!!

Actually, QUITE the contrary my dear. I was shocked you mentioned my name...and hadn't realized something I said would make someone realize that yep, you CAN do this. And, you have hopefully begun to prove to yourself that you ARE doing this, quite successfully I might add!

Hijack! Hey, did I miss somewhere that you made goal??? Or, did my low B-12 brain just forget to say something?? Congratulations!!!! BTW- how's the foot doing?? Hope it's a little better. Here's a couple local things you might be interested in when all is healed up... http://www.northbrookcanoe.com/id18.html . Maybe the October 3rd is something to shoot for?
