Go to www.photobucket.com and create an account (it's free)
Upload a photo you want to use to photobucket
There is a "resize" option for "avatar", or you can custom do your dimensions. I believe the max for OH is 100x100
Once you have resized your photo on photobucket, SAVE it to YOUR COMPUTER (I normally name it something like avatar or something easy like that so I can find it)
Come back to OH - go to where you upload your photo, search your computer, and use the saved image.
If you are still having problems, email me the photo you want to use [email protected] and I'll try to do it and email it to you in the correct dimensions.
