Talked to Brian...he's hesitant to agree to anything as he will be within a few weeks of just starting school and he's not sure about time management and stuff, which I understand.

So, for right now, it's just me. If closer to the date he thinks he can "swing" it (no pun intended) we'll see if we can't add in another person. If we can't, he's ok with that.

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
