Here is the plan:

B: Chocolate syntha-6, coffee
S: Luna bar
L: Leftover filet mignon, salad
S: Coffee, string cheese & tomato
D: Going out, but planning on a shrimp quesadilla, and probably a beer
S: protein ice cream

And lots and lots of water, Powerade Zero, and SF lemonade!

M2 activia yogurt with fruit salsa
M3 salad with goat cheese and pecans, homemade balsamic
M4 SF nut and flax granola bar (homemade)
M5 sauteed tilapia maybe... or some kind of fish (market fresh)
M6 SF pudding
