Who's working out today?

I'm good with another hour on the elliptical!

Did 10 lb ankle weights and 5 lb wrist weights.

It's a pretty good workout!

Where are the Zumbites, arc trainers, karate masters, walkers, runners, and bikers at?

I did my hour on the Elliptical this morning and will be hitting the gym for weight training tonight!

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Worked out on the treadmill yesterday for 30 minutes, then weight lifting for 20 minutes - this morning rode my horse for an hour and a half - I know most people think the horse does all the work, but you should try it sometime!
