I did my hour on the Elliptical this morning and will be hitting the gym for weight training tonight!
-Shilpa People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!
Worked out on the treadmill yesterday for 30 minutes, then weight lifting for 20 minutes - this morning rode my horse for an hour and a half - I know most people think the horse does all the work, but you should try it sometime!
