Ok - so I have been reading this since yesterday and trying to figure out how to do this - firstly - WOW!  What a GREAT idea - and even a way to enable my need for more attention!  (THANKS???)
Second - it has really opened my eyes to how you have all helped me along this path: so here goes - and in NO particular order:

Katie  and Mary - my first support group leaders prior to my surgery, the two of you made me feel that I could do this!  I was inspired from that first meeting!

Beth C. and Lesley - my first support group leaders AFTER my surgery.  You two made me realize that this was not a life sentence in frustration.  That things would get to some semblance of normalcy and that I COULD succeed!

Pam - the first person I heard speak at a support group meeting that truly made me think - "there is NO WAY that girl EVER had more than 100 pounds to lose."  I didn't get to know you then, but over the past year, as we have shared MANY important conversations, I have realized that you are a truly good person with a HUGE heart and have a wonderful forgiving way about you!  I do love you and am so happy that I can call or text you at any given moment and you are there to listen and understand me!

Lisa - aahhh.....truly seperated at birth!  You have become my dependency......Your friendship has meant more to me than I can put into words.  I love sharing this journey with you as well as the sharing our faith, raising tweens and dealing with all the emotions that we share.  Thank you for allowing me to be part of your life!

Karen - WOW!  Your words and actions are imbedded into me!  I turn to you for so many things and you are always willing to be my conscience!  (Sadly, I really need that far too often!)  I love that you open your heart to so many people and share your concerns with us as well.

Liz - I LOVE being part of your life.  You have this spirit that makes EVERYONE around you feel at ease.  You have opened your home to my family and I am eternally greatful for that!  You have become a mommy since we have met and I know there is no one more ready for this challenge than you are!

Eric - Our banter and flirting has opened my eyes to so many new things about me.  Wherever we end up in this crazy journey - I thank you for helping me move past so many of my negative thougths about myself!  I am proud of what you have accomplished and am thrilled to be part of your journey as well!

Swede - Our new friendship is one of the things that make me smile the most these days!  The way I feel when we chat - truly like the brother I never had (Well, I have one but he is 21 and well....just not the same!)  Your honesty and silliness are what keep me going.  I am so proud of you and what you are about to embark upon.  You are so ready to be part of this and I am thrilled to be able to watch you go through it!  (And....yummmmmmm!!!!!!  Just sayin!)

Arlene, Susan, Mike, Mike, Dennis, Shauna, Robin: You are leaders extraodinairre!  I have learned so much from you - and hope I can be HALF the support to others as you are to me!

Beth V - Love you girl......Love your date....love your kid.....love your sucessing, love talking with you....love that we have shared so much......

I know there are more - and I reserve the right to come back and add at some point - I have to go to work and I don't think the tears and gratitude I am feeling right now will fare wel in the classroom!
