Sticking to the Basics - Monday Meal Plan
Today's plan:
B: Syntha-6 chocolate protein shake
S: pb crackers
L: BBQ chicken thigh skewer, broccoli slaw
S: cheddar cheese, grilled zucchini
D: Going to Longhorn, so my plan is to order filet mignon with salad & sweet potato, and eat half of everything and take the other half home for tomorrow's lunch
