Hello all:  Hope everyone has at least a semi plan of their food today.. here is mine..

m1   tuna salad and crackers
m2  yogurt
m3  ham and cheese roll ups
m4  protein drink
m5  salad and more roll ups (cause its toooo hot to cook)

Morning... here's today's plan:

M1 Muscle milk and cheerios
M2 Activia yogurt and fruit salsa
M3 Egg, ham, and cheese cups, faux potato salad
M4 SF granola bar (homemade)
M5  shrimp ****tail and veggies

Today's plan:

B: Syntha-6 chocolate protein shake
S: pb crackers
L: BBQ chicken thigh skewer, broccoli slaw
S: cheddar cheese, grilled zucchini
D: Going to Longhorn, so my plan is to order filet mignon with salad & sweet potato, and eat half of everything and take the other half home for tomorrow's lunch
S: ricotta key lime pie
