***Muggy Monday Roll Call***

Glad one of you told me!  lol  I saw this before I got home and when I got home I said "so, you're fixing Lisa's computer today?"  He kind of chuckled and said - oh - yea - I was gonna mention it to you.  I take it she texted you?  LOL

I sent him a FB message last night asking him to call me and my phone was ringing as soon as I hit send.. LOL..

I'm supposed to call to remind him, but I guess he knows.. I'll call anyway to make sure he remembers where I am and to figure out when he is coming.  This computer is driving me NUTS!

sounds like not a whole heck of a lot he could do?

he did a bunch of cleaning out on it and did find that I need a new network card.  I have not gotten a blue screen since he left.. knock on wood.

AND, as I told him before he left, he KEPT ME OUT OF THE KITCHEN!  Plus, I actually got a hell of a lot of work done while he was here.  I don't think I have done so much work during the day in weeks!

I wouldn't say it was a wash at all.  I am going to get a network card if I can and keep up hopes that I won't have to replace it anytime soon.

Yes, he mentioned the network card to me.  Then he started talking in that language that I don't understand, plus I had just woken up, so I just kind of nodded along like I always do and at the end he said "she needs a new network card, I know that's about where I lost you" and I said "yep!  But thanks for helping!  At least YOU know what you're talking about" lol

we had that same conversation for the 10 minutes before he left.. the one that I heard blah blah blah MAC blah blah APPLE STORE blah blah I CAN DO WHAT THEY CAN'T blah blah NETWORK CARD blah blah..

Good morning all!

Found o ut that we can have an exercise class at the hospital for my group!  Don't know where yet but I am happy.  This hospital is so supportive!  I need to get a good collection of mild exercise DVDs for those who are not ready for a full aerobic workout.  I don't want to exclude any of them.

Not much going on today except my little friend coming over to exercise with me.  I don't know how long her interest will continue but hopefully for a month or two. 

I have an appointment with my OVR councelor to try to figure out where to go from here.

Paula - there is a great DVD out there that uses the exercise ball and is specifically made for overweight people and beginning exercisiers. You can also use a chair (and one of the ladies in it does) I'll try and dig it out today and get the name of it for you.

GREAT that the hospital is so supportive!!

I went to Amazon.com and found a few for beginners, boomers and over 50.  I think this may work because it is very low impact.  we shall see.

Good morning PA!  Am pooped this morning - we took a bike ride along the canal yesterday and even though I was sipping sipping sipping and we were in the shade and I took a nap yesterday afternoon (and I don't usually nap, but I think the heat took me for a loop) I am still pooped.

We set up the fountain last night (yeah) and  finished planting - AND, drumroll please.... the mulch pile is almost gone :)

Today is going to be a crazy day - critical point of closure on one project and prepping for the launch of another.. home tonight to pack for trip to SLC - a 7:05 am flight is REALLY early.. ugh

I might not be on much this week, but I will try to stay in touch!
