** Super Sunday roll call **

Hi all!!!

Time has gotten away from me today, and I just realized I hadn't posted on roll call yet.  I woke up at 4:30 this morning but fortunately was able to go back to sleep for a few hours.  The dang cat kept trying to wake me up last night.  Scooted him off the bed a few times, but he just jumped right back up again.  I did my hour on the treadmill and 2 loads of laundry.  Just hanging out with one of the cats now and watching movies on LMN. 

Paul and I had a wonderful time at cooking class yesterday.  One of the most amazing parts of this journey is the new friends we've made. 

When I began purging my closet of all my big clothes, I kept a pair of pants and a shirt.  I pulled them out last night---I can fit in 1 leg of the pants now!!!  Wild!!!

I did that with my pj's that I wore after surgery. It really puts things into perspective, doesn't it?

I want to send a shout out to Maura: She gave me a BIG container of clothes which I went through and I actually fit into about six or seven pairs of jeans/pants and some shirts, even a sleeveless number(dare i say). Thanks so much!! You rock!

Today is house work cause it is TOO HOT out there! It is thundering and raining right now. Dee is out at the movies with our new next door neighbors daughter and mom to see The Karate Kid. Which means "ME TIME", Yippee......

My friends saved me a lot of time, not to mention money, giving me clothes this past year!!!   I'm glad Maura was able to help you!!!  

I have the SAME type of picture of me in my pants.  Wild, isn't it?  I still have my pants too btw

better late than never... I feel like I have been separated from the rest of the world just because I have not been on here since yesterday before cooking class.. sheesh I need a life.. LOL..

I had a great time on my date last night.  It started out just hanging out at his house with he and his brother and sister and law, along with the boy they are in the process of adopting.   They are a nice group of people for sure.  Our interests are different, but that doesn't mean anything.  I think I watched more UFC fighting last night than I have in my entire life.. LOL.  They are really into it.  

We went out to the bar where we met and did some dancing.  I ended up staying at their house last night because it was just too late to drive home (and he told me he was kidnapping me for the night) LOL.. can't kidnap the willing, I guess..right?  Woke up this morning to his pet turtle perched on top of my overnight bag... I guess he didn't want me to leave.. or likes Mickey Mouse a lot...



This morning, I drove down to Lehighton to pick up Siehara from grandma's and then head out to Nicole's for her jewelry party.  Between my phone GPS and lost tower signals, combined with a tired operator, I ended up on the wrong route and turned around and came home.  I was just too tired to try to keep going and Siehara was getting irritated being in the car.  I am sorry I missed out, but knew it was the right thing to do.  I came home and took a much needed nap and now here I am.  Only thing left to do today is wash dishes, come up with something for dinner and try to fill out some of the camp forms that I need to finish.

Hmmm...not entirely sure how much I would like waking up to a turtle on my bag.  Then again, I guess it's better than a turtle on my pillow....

The turtle actually was on the bed at one point, but I didn't notice.  He did.. interesting way to keep a pet.... still getting used to the wandering turtle thing.  I was quite nervous to get up to pee in the middle of the night because I was afraid I would step on it.
