Help I am experiencing head hunger again..
So today is Employee Appreciation day at work and for a change they are serving healthy option such as grilled veggie burgers and chicken. I just walked on my first break and all have had is protein shake this morning but I am starving. NOT really but my lunch is not until 1 and I am trying to be good. Somebody talk me down from going to the vending machine I do have cheese stick in the fridge but want something else. Talk to me please I know 1 o'clock is right around the corner. Oh Why is this happening where all I want to do is stuff my face

Very smart of you to come on here and discuss your head hunger. And you made it through it. Head hunger is the worst. We know that's what it is yet the urge is so strong. I'm so annoyed with myself when I give into it. Like yesterday - eating way too many foods that are not good for us. I am paying for it today - my stomach is yelling back at me every minute I have spent in the bathroom.
One day at a time: We can do this!

I didn't read all the responses but a few things jump out at me...first of all...about what time did you post this? I ask because you specifically said you had only had a protein shake AND "one o'clock is right around the corner" Girl....what time was the protein shake...what time did you get up? A protein shake is NOT enough sustenance or what we are supposed to be doing....No wonder you wanted to eat anything and everything...make sure you eat every 3 hours or so...keep yourself satisfied...AND fuel your body

You are right I only had the protein shake but it was 350 calories! I woke up at 5:30 worked out for an hour on the Elliptial downed the shake and sat around until lunch was served. Duh! You are correct I should be eating every 3 hours but I want to shed this last 15lbs so bad I am watching everything I put in my mouth. lol
