I did my hour on the Elliptical and will be walking on my lunch and breaks. Who else is moving today?
-Shilpa People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Well i "got through" my workout this morning, but it was a tough one... just way too tired right now to enjoy it. Did 45 mins on the treadmill - slower than usual but with the incline cranked.
Survived Zumba...barely.. stayed after and did pilates. This class was completely different than the one I've done on Sunday mornings, but it was pretty cool and a great core workout!
