Sticking to the Basics - Thursday Table Toppings
So I did exceptionally well yesterday considering I was out most of the day. I actually did better than I have been doing at home. Yesterday I had some ricotta for breakfast, protein bar on the bus on the way to NYC, sirloin salad for lunch, cappuccino, protein bar in bus, ricotta at home.
Today:
M1: protein coffee
M2: yogurt
M3: protein shake
M4: pudding
M5: salmon w/ veggies
M6: protein ice cream

Definately not a stellar 24 hours
B: Piece of whole wheat toast w/ PB
S: 1 cheese string
L: Two small pizza's of thin crust pizza with sausage, ham, onions
Brought to work:
String cheese w/ crackers
Peanuts
Apple/SF rice pudding
Greek Yogurt w/ berries
Soft Pretzel/sliced strawberries (total impulse buy/eating)
I have, however, done REALLY well on my fluids. At least for that.
