Not doing well at all.....

I am doing better with eating and drink and all. Just got to push myself to exercise. I haven't been able to. But I am going to try to push myself today.
I see a psychiatrist so I am good there. I have Bipolar and anxiety and borderline personality disorder. He is great with me. But I will call him today.

I need to make myself be responsible for my health so I don't end up sick during this I might need a push here and there.

Wow. We could be twins. I am also bipolar, with anxiety and borderline personality. It's no fun battling these mental illnesses on a good day.
