Sticking to the Basics - Wednesday Wants
I went off track last night, but got it out of my system, today's plan is incomplete, I'll fill it in as I go.

I find it much harder to plan when I am home but find it easier to stay on track - ironic I know
B: cheese omlet
S: cheddar cheese
L: roast beef and provolone roll ups
S: yogurt
D: pork chops and broccoli
S: chocolate pudding
I am also having trouble eating, I feel like a new post-op again which is great for the waistline!! lol I am down 38 pounds since Amelia was born

Just spent 2 hours on rt 1 only to get to the turnpike entrance and have them close it - good news is I will eat out of my lunchbag from home today.
M1 - Protein shake (had in car)
M2 - cottage cheese
M3 - black bean soup
M4 - cheese stick
M5 - red lentils and chicken
Maybe some protein ice cream tonight during the flyers game..
