Wednesday Workouts

Morning folks!

I'm in for an hour on the elliptical this morning, and up over 10000 steps for the day already.

Didn't make it ot the gym yesterday. Had a LOOOONG day at work, and had to get in kind of early.

Good Morning Norm!
I did my hour on the elliptical but stopped using my pedometer as I was getting obsessed in trying to keep up with the day before so say for instance I had 15,000 steps the day before I would always try to strive for 16,000 it was driving my husband insane to he hid it from me. I don't know where it is

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

I will be attempting a 4 mile run this afternoon - rain or no rain!

Did my hour on the treadmill this morning. I'll have to dig out my pedometer to see how many steps I do every day.

Today was yoga then step class. Very good workout!
