Reminder: Cooking Class THIS Saturday!
Final reminder... JUNE's Cooking Class/Support Group will be THIS SATURDAY (JUNE 12th)!
If you have any recipes that you'd like to have made WLS-friendly, email me or PM me. Likewise, email me if you have a recipe that you will be bringing to share (or make here) and you'd like it included in the recipe handouts (or you can bring your own handouts if you prefer). The location is 3315 Spruce Drive, Doylestown, PA 18902. My phone is 267-261-1582.
We have plenty of parking and plenty of space for folks to hang out and relax. There's a Wii for those who want to play with it, so feel free to bring kids, partners, or whoever. The weather is supposed to be lovely, so we'll definitely have the grill going.
Eric has requested friendly granola bar recipe, so i'll be working on finding one (anyone have one to share?)... and I plan to make another batch of the homemade ice cream (strawberry? peach? chocolate cherry? any preferences?).

If you've never been to a cooking class- you're WELCOME!!! There is no fee to attend and we're very informal. You can bring a recipe (bring your own ingredients or let me know what you need and I'll have them in), bring a prepared dish, or just bring yourself. We do have a jar for purely optional anonymous donations to help defray the costs of supplies. We'll put you to work chopping something or cooking something, even if you have no experience with it - we've even gotten our dear STEFFI to cook on a couple of occasions! (Shocking, I know.)
