m5  left over pork chop and green beans

M1 - Protein shake (Mark made them this mornin' :)
M2 - Greek Yogurt w/ NSA Jam
M3 - Turkey Rollups w/ a bit o mayo, stuffed with grilled onions
M4 - spinach w/ grilled chicken and grilled onions
M5 - Blue Sage Vegetarian Grille baby (oh yeah!)

B:  Cheerios and muscle milk
S:  Activia yogurt
L:  Gardein Chic'n scallopini with prov cheese and homemade bruschetta
S:  grapes and cheddar (skipped them yesterday)
D:  Don't know yet - possibly left over steak sliced over spinach with red onions?
