netrition order. ..need anything?

I'm placing an order tomorrow with netrition for delivery before this weekend's cooking class. If any of you need anything and would like to combine with my order, please let me know by around 4:30 tomorrow afternoon.

Items we typically get from there include maltitol, Public powdered peanut butter and sensato SF choc chips.

I could actually use:
 
2 plbs of maltitol brown (I believe only Nature Sweet has the brown one...whichever one you can get is fine)

1 bottle of sf davinci coconut syrup

I'm interested in the peanut butter power crunch bars...they are wafers?  don't know the number , did I make the deadline?  I;d like two boxes.........thank you      believe they are peanut butter cream power crunch............................................

So whats the difference between the brown malitol and the brown sugar splenda???  Just curious....

The splenda blends such as "splenda brown sugar" and "splenda for baking" is actually half SUGAR half splenda sweetener....so people dump on it (ask liz....)

The brown maltitol is well...brown maltitol

in general, maltitol "acts" more like sugar than splenda.  So you can work with it to do things like caramelizing, which you can't do with splenda.  I use maltitol when I make cashew brittle, for example.

Splenda brown sugar, additionally, isn't "pure" splenda - it's a 50-50 mix with sugar.  Same with "splenda for baking" which is half sugar.
