I won't have a kitchen till Thursday or Friday, so here is my make due, I refuse to do take out, its a bad habit I don't want to get tied to.

Morning!  Here's today's plan - first "planned" day in over a week - it will be good to get back onto routine.

B:  Matrix shake with cherries and banana
S:  Activia yogurt with muesli
L:  Buffalo chicken dip wrap with multi-grain flatout
S: grapes and LF cheddar
D:  gardein chickenless scallopini topped with homemade bruschetta
S:  SF pudding maybe?
