Good Morning Everyone!
I did not see an excercise thread so I will start it (shocking) again. I did my hour on the elliptical and will be walking on my lunch and breaks. I am a little sore from my workout last night but it feels good. I am determined to get back on the wagon. Who's with me?

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

I am going to do Body Pump, followed by one hour of Zumba. I also took a nice walk in the sun. I'm still trying to get over this stupid bronchitis I have, and I thought the sunshine would help. I'm mostly better (obviously, since I can exercise) but the lingering cough is making me crazy.

I will see my trainer tonight.  I am starting with a new trainer on Thursday, so they will be overlapping for a few weeks.

I ran yesterday and had PT today.  I am thinking about going out to ride my bike in a few minutes.

Did an hour on the treadmill this afternoon.  I haven't been on it in 2 weeks, so I felt a little rusty.
