FIT FRIDAY

Thanks Shilpa.. unfortunately, that was the last trainer session that I paid for.  I told him that it was my last session and at first he thought that I wasn't going to go back because of him.  I was like no, you just came in at the end of my contract..LOL.

He did tell me if I had any questions or wanted any advice I could come to him anytime.  

He is also taking a class to become a certified instructor in kick boxing.  I will definitely get into his class!  

Maybe when I get the money from the house, I can sign up for a few months with him, at least.  He is very motivating and I won't quit.  Like I said to him, I'm not afraid to work hard I just need a push to get my butt in the gym.
