Ok so actually going to Shady Maple for a Free buffet dinner and will only eat a small amount but their pot roast is just so yummy and there is no way I'm paying for their buffet with the amount I'll actually eat. 

m1  egg omelet
m2  protein shake
m3  chicken marsala (lean cuisine)
m4  protein shake
m5  SHADEY MAPLE POT ROAST...MMMMMMM

My kitchen is being gutted as I type, and my living room & dining room are torn up, so I'm living on quick fixes for the next week.

I can do this!

M1: activia w/meusli
M2: 1 egg w/cheese and cocopop
M3: tuna steak
M4: ricotta w/sf pudding and some granola mixed in (pre-gym)
M5: whatever Sarah is serving or more tuna steak if we don't end up there
M6: protein ice cream

Nothing til 12:45 bloodwork appt (forgot to make the appt, got crappy times available - my fault.. duh!!!)

protein shake
Turkey rollups
black bean chili w/ cheese
out with friends for dinner - probably chicken (I may start to cluck or fly soon)
protein shake (will need to "catch up" on protein when I get home)

oh and 9,342 vitamins
and 9,342 sips of water
