Thursday workout?!
OK, as I may have stated in my roll call post today, I WILL GO TO THE GYM!!!!
I went for a 30 minute walk at lunch time
Now, I am eating my activia with granola and then heading over to the gym. I am going to get on the recumbant bike for at least 30 minutes, 15 mins on the elliptical, and upper body and abs for strength training!!![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/weightlifting.gif)

SOOOOOO.. I know you are all on the edges of your seats wondering if I made it to the gym.
Well guess what!?!?! I WENT TO THE GYM!!!!!

I did 40 minutes on the recumbant bike and upper body and ab strength training!!
Went into the zumba class thinking I could stay for about 1/2 of it until Siehara got out of her dress rehearsal. Wouldn't you know, they were done early today so I had to leave after about 10 minutes. The time I was there, I did enjoy, even though I am soooo uncoordinated. I WILL get to a zumba class and stay for the whole thing. They only have it on Thursday evenings at my gym, but they have it on Wednesdays at the one in Bethlehem, so I am going to try to get there next Wednesday. I really want to do it.

You go girl! I wish i was coordinated enough for Zumba, but this Irish girl doesn't know how to use feet and arms at the same time!
Did 30 minutes of bike & rowing machine before leaving for work and walked for 20 min at lunch - I won't wind up doing anything tomorrow - am up too late right now, have a blood test during lunch in prep for my 6 mo check up w/ Dr. P and I have to leave early to meet up with some friends in Point Pleasant NJ. :( Maybe I can find time to walk before I leave work..
