Wednesday Workout!

Good Morning!
I did an hour on the elliptical and will be walking on my breaks and lunch. So who's moving today?

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Me !!!   I'm headed to the gym right after work today.  Definitely doing some time on the elliptical.  I've found the elliptical to be my favorite cardio machine.  It doesn't make my knees ache like the treadmill does.  Not sure if I will do all cardio today or add in weights.

Did an hour on the elliptical today.

I'm excited because I just downloaded the entire series for "The Wire" on my computer and will star****ching one episode a day on the treadmill on my ipod. That should take me well into the summer.

I'm sick of the Today Show. Stupi Matt and Meredith same the same damn thing everyday.

I did!  I did!!  I walked on the beach today, a total of about 28 blocks.  Some areas are easy since the beach is flat, but in other places there's a fairly steep grade.  Definitely a good workout for the legs!

I did 20 minutes on my treadmill. I feel accomplished. I don't exercise. I was having a hard time till last week. I just force myself to do it. Next week I am going to try to move it up to 30 minutes.
