Sticking to the Basics - Wednesday (whatcha eatin'?)

Today is a busy day for me.  So trying to be flexable.

M1  egg and cheese scramble
m2  protein drink
m3  tuna salad on crackers
m4  protein drink
m5  pork chop and green beans

OK, I am going to attempt this.

B: Egg & cheese omelette (1 egg, 2 egg whites and low fat cheese)

S: Half a banana

L: slice of Cheeseburger meatloaf

S: Smoked turkey & pepperjack roll up

D: Veggie lasagna (NO GARLIC BREAD!)

S: Not sure, hope to make something or head to store.

Thought I had taken a bundle of beef cubes out of my freezer, turned out to be lamb, we'll see how this flies in asian stir fry
