Sticking to the Basics - Wednesday (whatcha eatin'?)
OK, I am going to attempt this.
B: Egg & cheese omelette (1 egg, 2 egg whites and low fat cheese)
S: Half a banana
L: slice of Cheeseburger meatloaf
S: Smoked turkey & pepperjack roll up
D: Veggie lasagna (NO GARLIC BREAD!)
S: Not sure, hope to make something or head to store.

Thought I had taken a bundle of beef cubes out of my freezer, turned out to be lamb, we'll see how this flies in asian stir fry
