Ok so ...  today finds me 'shakin' it up to stop this stall'

m1  yogurt with added protein powder
m2  apples and peanut butter
m3  Naked protein drink
m4  Chili with Cheese
m5  more Chili with Cheese

Shake away SS - am hoping to get out to the park today..

M1 - protein shake
M2 - cheese stick
M3 - Vegetarian chili & cheese
M4 - Chix Salad w/ crackers
M5 - beef w/ mushroom gravy
M6 - not sure yet..

I WILL do this.. I'm going to keep on trying until I get it right.  

B: cheese omelette
S: greek yogurt w/ sf pudding powder
L:  hamburger
S: activia w/granola before gym
S: protein shake after gym
D: chicken and corn on the cob
S: protein ice cream

So far so good.. I ate according to plan with one exception.. The hamburger at lunch turned into a veggie burger and I put cheese on it.  

Other than that, I have been water logging and sticking to plan!

All that's left for tonight is the protein ice cream.  It is already made and in the freezer waiting for me.  I am going to wait as late as I can to have that so I am not laying in bed dreaming of what I can eat.
