Barix Saturday Support Meeting 6/5 w/Changes

Barix First Saturday Support Group Meeting Saturday June 5 in the Lobby of Barix in Langhorne.
We have a NEW start time of 11:00am and will go to 1:30pm please make note of the new time and also pass along the time change if you can.

The nutritionist will be selling protein and supplements starting at 10:30am and also after the meeting at 1:30.

We will have the same format of small groups for support by time of surgery. We will just not be doing the big group at the end or doing a break. As always you can come and go as need be and feel free to snack during the meeting.

We are officially ending the children's support group as of this month and will not return but PLEASE note we still have the Support for the Supporters group which is open from age 13 and above if need be which will be run by Ernie Rehr.

We are asking that since there are sensitive topics discussed at session to refrain from bringing children under the age of 13 to the meetings. This is everyone time for adult support and we do not want to sensor anyone at a meeting do to a child being at the meeting or feel you can not bring up a topic do to a child in the area.

So RNYers, LapBanders, Pre-OPs or thinking about surgery or had weight loss surgery 1 month ago or 5,6,7,8, years ago come out to join us and get your support groove on! 


We WILL be having a support group meeting on July 3 so if you are free join us!

I plan to be there this time and I like the new time. I have not attended a meeting in about 2 months. I really need it.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to be there.. just have to arrange childcare

No worries - I am planning on hanginig out with friends - and their kids and families - I am sure you can join us if you want to!

OK.. so I am also going to take you, well Larry and Josh up on the drop off the child thing.

You'll have to PM me directions and/or just your address so I can bring Siehara there before I go to Barix.  How long does it take to get to Barix from your house? That way I know how to time it.
