Good morning Eric & PA Friends ~

Today has me at wor****il 3:30 and then I'm hitting the gym. I don't know if it is the heat or if I'm just being lazy, but I really have not wanted to go lately. Not going is a bad habit to get into and I need to change it ASAP.

After the gym, I'll stop at the grocery store for lettuce and salad dressing and then head home to cook a little chicken and that will be our dinner tonight.

Hope everyone has a good day.

Lisa

Good Morning all!

Had a HORRIBLE evening last night. My oldest is grounded, AGAIN. Was bickering with Johnny all night, and then my daughter decided to wake up and cry every few hours, begging to sleep with me. She finally won at 4 am. *sigh*

So, I am beginning today with positive thoughts and hope for a wonderful day. I'll let you know how that goes later!

Today, I am planning a few meals out and organizing my "food" thoughts. I am making lasagna for the family. I am going to make myself a veggie one so I am not tempted to eat the pasta one. Looking forward to kicking ass on this extra weight I have with Nicole and others.

Hope everyone has a glorious day. It's my LAST day before all 4 kiddos are home all summer. God, give me stregnth to enjoy it and not pray  for September to arrive quickly!

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

You know, sometimes as a parent days are so rough that the next day simply HAS to be better!

Amen, Lynn! LOL. My oldest is a "pre-teen" and has been testing me for months now. He should know by now, I follow through with punishments. I am not a wishy washy parent that says things and doesn't deliver. Guess he will eventually learn when he sees that my rules are rules, and if not followed, things will be taken away. If not, he will live the rest of his adolescence without any of his video games, TV or computer privilages.

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

Hang in there.  There was one point where my youngest daughter had nothing in her room except for her clothes and her bed.  I took everything away, she was tough I didn't think she nor I would make it.  Now she's an adorable 29 year old that is just the sweetest thing.....

Ahh the memories of the days when my kids would act out.  Hang in there.  Assuming you do not kill them, they will grow into adults that you can be proud of.  I am reaping that reward even today.

Hugs,
Trish
