Sticking to the Basics- Tuesday
Ok so I'm having a little prissy pouch day it seems .. had some meat get stuck last night and it is sooooo not happy with me.
M1 Tried for egg.. did not work so switched to Naked Drink w/Protein
M2 Remainder of Naked drink w/Protein
m3 pudding with protein
m4 Protein drink
m5 Let see how the tummy is doing but either a protein drink of some kind or maybe some chili.
M1: Protein Shake – Strawberry & Banana with Vanilla M2: Greek yogurt w/ no sugar added currant jam M3: Chicken w/ spinach & parmesan M4: Vegetarian Chili (Veggie crumbles / black beans & Salsa.. mmm) M5: Chicken or maybe more Chili – haven’t decided yet M6: Chocolate Pudding made w/ FF milk
