I have a nasty runny nose and I keep sneezing.  Is there any cold medicine that is safe for my pouch??

the tylenol products should be fine.  Make sure you buy the sugar free stuff and it might be good to stick with a liquid since you are so early out.  Hope you feel better.

I like plain ol' Sudafed (or the CVS generic) -- the real one that they keep behind the counter and you have to show your license to buy. It's a tiny red pill, and I've never had trouble with it, even right out of surgery.  If it's allergies, I recommend Zyrtec (or again, the generic equivalent). I've been taking that since the day after surgery with no problems.

I hope you feel better!

check with your doctor first ,there are nasal sprays that are great like mucinex and driatan that are more than just saline. my son likes  the netti pots, the pot or bottle that gets filled with sal****er and just rinse out the sinus. he uses medi rinse brand. hope you feel better

You can also use dayquil - I prefer the caplets to the liquigels.

Mucinex is fine as well if you have chest congestion.

Hope you feel better!

Colds stink!  But you got all the right answers...anything containing Acetaminophen (name brand tylenol) is perfectly safe.

You can take mucinex but I would advise against the 12 hour one...it is partially time released and it won't be as effective for us.
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
