Why could it not have waited till after my 9month visit?  Darn it...

tried switching things up food wise and exercising more.. but nope.. won't budge... stubborn body.  GRRRRRR

Ok thatt is all my complaining for the day

Wow you have done so good. You will get buy this I am sure. I just had my first mini stall. So far 4 days at the same weight. I did not think it would happen for at least my first few months but it did. I have been drinking loads of water as I have been working outside the last three days so that could be some of it.

Keep trying and tell the doc you are wearing shoes that have lead in them.

Never argue with an idiot! They just drag you to their level and beat you with experience!

Stalls are no fun and the further out you are the more frustrating they can be.  All I can say is to trust yourself, make sure you're aware of what you're doing (and not doing), and try changing things up... eat foods at different meals (breakfast for dinner, dinner for breakfast), change up the type of exercise you're doing or the duration you're doing it, make different food choices, and keep up the liquids (or even increase them).  the goal is to keep your metabolism a bit "off balance" to keep up the loss or kick-start it.

And practice patience.  Recognize that it's a normal part of the process and that we've all been through them.  This, too, shall pass.

Hugs!

Keep your spirits up - you're doing just great!

They stink!  Don't worry - I'm SURE Dr. Brader will be thrilled with your progress!
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

I stalled at 9 months (102lbs lost) and stayed there for 12 months and then lost 10lbs out of no where.

for me i was pissy at first but thrn just thriled that if I ended up at "only" 102 lbs down forever I was happy.

as we get close to goal it gets very hard to budge those last few pounds. I'd just enjoy how far you've come and don't stress over it.
