7:00- 16oz protein shake or 16oz decaf coffee, ff half and half, splenda
9:30- 4 beef and bean eggbites, 2tbsp salsa
12:00- 4oz. lemon pepper tilapia and 1/2c edemame.
3:00- 6oz. Fage with 1/4c diced peaches and flax with splenda
6:00- 2 hard boiled egg whites and 1 lf string cheese
8:30- 3-4oz lean steak and 1/2c steamed cauliflower/broccoli blend
10:00- 1c strawberries and 2tbsp of protein cheesecake dip
