Tomorrow i should get my 1 year review... a lot of you know what is going on... and please don't post anything here... but I would love some prayers, well wishes, fingers crossed that it is good and so is the raise... other wise... not sure what will happened... I will try to do a good update tomorrow... but right now my head is full of work crap and trying to get things ready for Lore's 4th birthday on Sunday...

Good luck and power to you... as to the raise, just remember that in this economic environment there are a lot of great performers who aren't getting anything and are just happy to continue to have employment... keep it in perspective and don't take anything personally... HUGS to you!
