Sorry I am late posting this but I did my hour on the elliptical and will be hitting the gym later tonight for some strength training. What is everyone else doing to move today?

I miss ya! Don't be such a stranger. I went for a 10 minute walk on my first break and I agree it's so hot. I am not complaining as the office is nice an cool!

I went to the gym and did water walking for twenty minutes. A woman there was using some strength equipment for water, and she let me try it. It was great, and I am going online to research it now.
